1. Each room on the lower level is taking shape – framing is almost complete and walls and ceilings will start to take shape next week.
2. The HVAC mini splits are in place on the second level in each room. New pipes connecting each unit will be added and then new ceilings will be added. This means that once our new electrical systems are in place, then each room will have its own heat – A/C unit so we will have flexibility in use.
3. PECO is working on plans for the new transformer that will support the electric system. In addition, a new electrical room is being built out in the new storage room (what was the upper youth lounge).
4. The Vista Road door by the choir room has been removed and is being refurbished before the accessible auto entrance equipment is added.
5. The new egress window was installed in the adult ed / community room last week and the amount of natural light for that large space is amazing – it will be a warm and welcoming space.

Upcoming: 

1. Palmer Room Kitchen work will begin after July 28^th. 
2. In parallel, the bathrooms off of the Palmer Room will be “freshened up” including adding additional accessibility measures to one.
