July Summer Pick-Up Choir ~ Come at 9 ~ Sing at 10
ALL (including children) are invited to sing in the summer pick-up choir. We will rehearse in the sanctuary each Sunday at 9 am and sing for the 10 am worship service. You are welcome to join us for this fun choir opportunity.
July 12: Summer Friends – Kingdom Quest Begins!
Get your kids ready for an epic adventure! This year Summer Friends, for kids in Pre-K through 5th grade, will run from 6:00-8:30 pm on select Sunday evenings in July & August. Our theme is Kingdom Quest: An Epic Journey to Discover God’s Kingdom. Through games, music, Bible stories, crafts, and plenty of fun, kids will explore what it means to follow Jesus and live as part of God’s amazing Kingdom. The best part? Families can participate in as many nights as they are able! Whether you are able to join us for one evening or all five, there’s a place for you on this adventure. July 19 – 25: High School Mission Trip
This year our high school students will be partnering with the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance in New Bern, North Carolina. New Bern was impacted from Hurricane Florence in 2017 and there are still families whose homes are still in need of repair. This trip is open to all students who have completed 8th – 12th grade. For more information, contact Joel.
Sunday at Grace
Worship – Join us in the sanctuary at 10:00 am for Sunday worship. Please feel free to dress casually, coming as you are.
Coffee and Fellowship – Then come to the Palmer Room after worship for a refreshment and a time to gather and greet friends.
Second Hour Education – Following Worship and Coffee, feel free to stay for our educational offerings:
11:15-12:00: Adult Education Class (all ages); Chapel, Rev. Brian Russo
11:15-12:00: Confirmation Class (9th-12th grade); Youth Room, Joel Bielefeldt
11:15-11:45: Youth Choir (grades 3rd – 8th) Choir Room, on select Sundays* Valerie Clayton
